Wow wow wow a shop that truly delivers on its name, a visit here with the service and care will surely make you Smile. Tim Jane and Shelly are so welcoming with there lovely countryside location and a never ending supply of good coffee! Time is taken with you, making you feel listened too and understood then the great part to test out the bikes on a proper ride in beautiful countryside, with superb instruction and encouragement from Tim all the time. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process is very smooth and professional, even the delivery is very carefully done taking time to ensure the bike is set to your sizing for comfort riding and some lovely little extra touches too! So happy to have found Tim and Smile bikes.

If you thought customer service was dead then go to Smilebikes where it is very much alive. We took delivery of our ebikes yesterday and really believe that after Tim's attention to detail they will be perfect for us. AND we got a really good deal as well!

First class service from Tim and his team 😃 I’d been looking into E-bikes for a while, I found other places just wanted to sell me a bike with not a lot of thought on how I used it, how to look after it, I couldn’t try before buying and I couldn’t afford to get it wrong. Tim was a revelation! He sat me down, asked about my riding history, talked me through what I wanted to use the bike for going forward, took me for a ride... Delivery was brilliant, with everything explained and the bike set up for me. Its just had its first after sales check and me and my Raleigh are loving life together 😁 ...I really recommend SmileEbikes as others have said they definitely make you smile with their help, advice and service!

Excellent customer service from first contact to delivery of my new bike. My appointment with Tim to explore the options was great - I felt listened to and was very pleased with the recommendations provided. Great coffee too! I did a test ride with Tim, which was an opportunity to get to know the bike before I purchased. Quick delivery, great after sales service. This business is a class act, which knows it's market and customer base well.

What a brilliant life changing experience... We could truly experience what the bikes were like - unlike other bike shops which had only let us ride round a small carpark. The sizing was checked and advice given... Totally recommend SmilE-Bike.
