I didn't know that service as good as this existed any more. Having arrived as an e-bike nervous novice, I was soon put at my ease by the Smilebikes team, at this lovely spot near Norwich. Tim explained all the possibilities to me, and following a thorough test ride, and now understanding the quality and safety of their products, I ordered a bike on the spot! No need to go anywhere else, I know I am in good hands. The previous fabulous reviews were reassuring, but you can't beat finding out for yourself. Highly recommended.

A superb ebike shop! The owners Tim and Jane are incredibly welcoming and unlike other bike shops, Tim takes the time to understand your riding history and how you'll be using the bike before making a recommendation suited to your needs. I was using my employers bike to work scheme to make my purchase and throughout this process all communications were first rate (thanks Shelly). Once everything was complete Tim delivered the ebike to my home in Suffolk and again took the time to answer all my questions and advise me on how to get the most from the bike. In short, lovely, knowledgeable and professional people and I couldn't recommend them more... Plus I'm chuffed to bits with my brilliant ebike!!

Wow wow wow a shop that truly delivers on its name, a visit here with the service and care will surely make you Smile. Tim Jane and Shelly are so welcoming with there lovely countryside location and a never ending supply of good coffee! Time is taken with you, making you feel listened too and understood then the great part to test out the bikes on a proper ride in beautiful countryside, with superb instruction and encouragement from Tim all the time. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process is very smooth and professional, even the delivery is very carefully done taking time to ensure the bike is set to your sizing for comfort riding and some lovely little extra touches too! So happy to have found Tim and Smile bikes.
