Where do I begin?...Tim (& subsequently, Jane) made us feel so welcome - coffee, chat, friendly & informative show round of the e-bikes. Next thing I knew, I was agreeing to a test ride 😳. Tim was simply wonderful at putting me at my ease without being patronising. He quickly identified the best bike for me based on what we hoped to do with it, my abilities & the fact we live in Derbyshire - so lots of hills! The test ride was fantastic… Having ridden for 45 minutes in total & covered 14km I felt confident we'd got everything just right…I hugged Tim before we left - a measure of how grateful I genuinely feel. His whole manner made me feel I was in really good, knowledgeable hands. What a thoroughly enriching experience and what an incredibly different way to make a purchase! I didn't know that service as good as this existed any more. Having arrived as an e-bike nervous novice, I was soon put at my ease by the Smilebikes team, at this lovely spot near Norwich. Tim explained all the possibilities to me, and following a thorough test ride, and now understanding the quality and safety of their products, I ordered a bike on the spot! No need to go anywhere else, I know I am in good hands. The previous fabulous reviews were reassuring, but you can't beat finding out for yourself. Highly recommended.
