Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process is very smooth and professional, even the delivery is very carefully done taking time to ensure the bike is set to your sizing for comfort riding and some lovely little extra touches too! So happy to have found Tim and Smile bikes.

If you thought customer service was dead then go to Smilebikes where it is very much alive. We took delivery of our ebikes yesterday and really believe that after Tim's attention to detail they will be perfect for us. AND we got a really good deal as well!
