I had my new e-bike delivered today. The level of service and support through the process of selecting and buying the bike was exceptional... especially for an absolute novice like me! I felt at ease when I went for a test ride and all of my questions were answered comprehensively. If you are thinking of buying an e-bike, deffo speak to Smile Bikes!

Felt immediately at home, Tim and Jane knew exactly what I needed and, despite me clearly not being a "biker", they couldn't have been more helpful! Don't hesitate any longer, get down to the shop and have a go! There's no pressure to buy but you definitely will come out with a smile on your face! I love my new bike, it's given me a new lease of life despite being a fat 70 year old with lung disease!!

Outstanding service from this fabulous bike shop. Tim is a real enthusiast and provided great advice and sales service steering me to my perfect bike. Nothing is too much trouble. Quite the nicest man running a business I have come across in a very long time. Why can’t all businesses be like this?
