By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Smilebikes Ltd.

Entering the competition

1. To enter the competition you are required to scan the QR code on our stand at the Royal Norfolk Show on 28th & 29th June 2023, Gridserve Electric Forecourt, Norwich, NR13 5HB or at Smilebikes Electric Bike Shop, Langley NR14 6BD
2. The competition starts Wednesday 28th June 2023 at 7am and will end 29th September 2023 at 11am.
3. You must be a UK resident over the age of 18 to enter.
4. One entry per person.
5. By entering the competition you agree to subscribe to our mailing list.
6. There is no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Winner announcement

1. The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the closing date and will have 28 days to claim their prize.
2. The winner is required to collect the prize from Smilebikes Electric Bike shop, Forge Road, Langley, NR14 6DW within 28 days of being notified as the winner.
3. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries that answered the questions correctly using a random number generator.
4. The winner agrees for us to announce their first name, city of residence and a photograph of themself collecting the prize on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Other

1. There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is not transferable to anybody else.
2. The colour of the prize is to be confirmed.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Smilebikes reasonable control, we reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
